1. Overview
WTF Labs provides custom digital services (design, development, SEO, ads, and related work). Because deliverables are tailored to each client, refunds are handled according to the terms below and any signed proposal or statement of work (SOW).
2. Deposits and milestones
Projects typically require an upfront deposit to reserve capacity and begin discovery. Milestone payments are due as outlined in your proposal. Work continues once each milestone payment is received.
3. Cancellations by the client
- Before work starts: If you cancel before we begin discovery or kickoff, we may refund the deposit minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred, at our discretion.
- After work starts: Fees for completed phases (discovery, research, design, development, etc.) are non-refundable. Unused prepaid amounts for future phases may be refunded or credited, as agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations by WTF Labs
If we cannot continue a project for reasons within our control, we will refund any prepaid fees for undelivered work, after deducting payment for work already completed and approved.
5. Dissatisfaction and revisions
Each phase includes an agreed number of revision rounds. If you are unhappy with a deliverable within the scope, we will work through the contracted revisions. Refunds are not issued solely because preferences change outside the agreed scope.
6. Third-party fees
Fees paid to third parties (domains, hosting, ads spend, licenses, stock assets, plugins) are generally non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.
7. How to request a refund
Email info@wtflabsco.com with your project name, invoice number, and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days, subject to your bank or processor.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of fees plus related costs.
9. Conflicts with a signed agreement
If your signed proposal, SOW, or master services agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.
